FAQ
Is it really AI?
Yes — it runs the Real-ESRGAN neural network (esrgan-medium) directly in your browser. The ~6 MB model is bundled with the site, so your photo never leaves your device.
Why would it fall back to Classic?
AI needs WebGL. If your browser lacks it, the tool automatically uses the Classic enhance pipeline (CLAHE + sharpen + denoise) instead.
Do you upload my photo?
Never. Both AI and Classic modes run entirely locally.
